About Livia Csomos

As a Hungarian potter, Livia grew up inspired by pottery and folk art. Her voice as an artist is forward looking while based in the art of her cultural heritage. She has been asked to exhibit her work at the Hungarian Heritage House in Budapest and to demonstrate the traditional techniques in several Schools in Hungary.

She lives and works in Berkshire, England where she makes one off original ceramics. Her work continues to experiment wheel-thrown pieces with altering them, sometimes pushing the clay to its limits.
